Quentin’s professional experience begun in public service, creating a good basis for his later responsibilities as an administrator, strategist, and community leader. His diversified experiences span different industries, including government, healthcare, banking, and non-profit organizations. Quentin’s strong leadership qualities and strategic acumen led him to serve as the President and CEO of a distribution services company prior to joining Paradigm. At Paradigm, Quentin plays a crucial role in business development and developing community partnerships.
Driven by a strong civic engagement, Quentin has made a huge effect in many organizations. He served as the previous Board Chair of Ohio Means Jobs Cleveland/Cuyahoga County, contributing to workforce development programs. Additionally, he actively serves as a member of the Executive Committee of Cleveland Development Advisors, pushing effective economic development projects. Quentin is also a cherished member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and 100 Black Men of Greater Cleveland, organizations dedicated to uplifting and empowering communities. His excellent efforts have been acknowledged by prominent distinctions such as Crain’s Cleveland Business 40 Under 40 and Kaleidoscope 40 Under 40. Quentin has also served on the Board Nominating Panel for the Cleveland Metropolitan Schools and the Governor’s legal Advisory Committee, displaying his devotion to education and the legal system.
Quentin’s academic qualifications further strengthen his experience and leadership ability. He obtained an MPA (Master of Public Administration) from Cleveland State University, giving him with broad understanding in public governance and policy. Quentin also holds a BA in Political Science from Jackson State University, cultivating a strong awareness of political dynamics and their repercussions.
With his vibrant leadership style, unwavering passion to public service, and remarkable contributions to the community, Quentin is a tremendous asset to Paradigm.
